Most AI tools resell you the same models with a markup, then charge a monthly fee to keep using them. ToolMagic works differently. You buy the workflow once. When it runs, it calls the AI with your key, and your provider bills you at its normal rates.

Questions, answered.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. Each workflow is a single purchase with a lifetime license. There's no subscription, and you don't buy credits. The only ongoing cost is your own AI usage, which your provider bills you for directly.

What does "bring your own key" mean?

You create an API key with an AI provider (for example Anthropic for Claude, or OpenRouter) and paste it into the workflow. The workflow uses that key to run, so you pay the provider's normal rates with no markup from us.

How much will the AI usage cost me?

It depends on the workflow and the model you pick. For ScriptFlow, a 20-minute script usually costs about $0.50–$3 in AI usage. You can set spending limits in your provider's dashboard.

Is my API key safe?

Your key is stored in your browser and sent only to the AI provider you chose. It never goes through a ToolMagic server.

Does one license cover every workflow?

No. Each workflow is sold separately with its own lifetime license, so you only pay for the ones you use.
